Grape Varieties: Grenache, Cinsault
Wine Making: juice from bleeding and direct pressing. Protected from oxidation, they are cold-settled (decanted) then blended. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats and lasts 15 to 20 days, at low temperature (16 – 18°C). After 3 weeks on the lees, the rosé is racked, stabilized and then stored in stainless steel vats until bottling in February.
Tasting Recommendations: Temperature 9 – 11 °C
Pale rose petal colour, limpid and brilliant. Elegant and fresh nose combining white fruits (peaches), exotic fruits (lychee) and flowers.
Pairing: Aperitif, barbecue, Asian or spicy cuisine…
Ageing: 0-2 years
